Thank you Matthew for inquiring after my daughter's recovery. She is feeling much better now. I do feel I need to respond to say that my recollection of timing and events does not align with yours. I did leave and return in alignment with the wait time I was given, because I think we can all agree that confining a sick toddler for over an hour is a very difficult task. It's great that this is an option. But when I arrived back as directed, I was told there was no estimate for when I could be seen and that there were at least six people ahead of us. The people at the reception desk were rude. Per a conversation a few people were having, at least one of them doesn't support vaccinations, which is fine, but nobody their had on masks regularly, especially in the vicinity of patients. Also, -- and this is totally unrelated, but still weird -- I happened to lock eyes a couple times with one of the people at the desk just because she was walking around and happened to be in my line of sight, and she actually like mean-mugged me? Like lowered her face and stared at me over her glasses. Kind of funny, but also really unprofessional and on par with the way she interacted with me and the other patients who came in. Fast service, kind staff and great advice. Got an X-ray, diagnosis and treatment within 1 hr. Unfortunately had to go to the hospital anyway but it was a great experience for my Mom
