Unfortunately, as Dr. V's business expands, customer service declines. I have been going to Dr. Tanya since she opened her small office with 2 staff employees over a decade ago. Made an appointment for the 2nd street location. I specifically asked if it was located next to a Mexican restaurant in a shopping center. I was told "yes". However, when I arrived, I was informed the appointment was at the Sundance location. The doctor was not at that location. It was obvious. The phone was ringing off its hook. How do yo tell someone they have optic nerve changed and possibly glaucoma but my 2 and 3rd opinion I was told everything is normal? Seems like a scam here...testing is charged as a doctor visit but you only see the nurse that's fraud.

I was a patient in the past for a long time until I found out what kind of lies they tell patients. They diagnosed me with glaucoma, Im in my early 20s at that time, so I would keep coming back for more test and started me on medication which are pricey. Heard the same story from one of my coworkers daughter. I went for a second and third opinion on 2 other providers and they both said I didn't have or they don't even suspect glaucoma. Also tried to get medical records multiple times, no call back! What a horrible experience. I felt scammed! Also wait lines have always been 2-3 hours whichever location you go too.
