I went into Bakersfield Locksmiths to get some keys made. From the time I walked in until the time I left I found the staff kind, courteous and very helpful. A very friendly place to go.

I lost the remote key fob for my 2002 Toyota car, but found another one online. However, after numerous tries, I just couldn't get it to program to the car. I followed instructions, but it just wouldn't work. I called several locksmiths and the dealer, only to find that they were all too expensive or didn't want to do it. Then, I called Bakersfield Locksmith. Debbi answered and was very pleasant and put me through to the service manager, Ryan, right away. He told me to bring the car in the next morning and he'd research the procedures to try and find a programming sequence that would work.
