The greatest gym I’ve been to!I love the diversity of all the workouts and how structured it is. With two kiddos and a hectic busy schedule, they offer so many class times, full equipment, schedule of workouts and the coaches show you each move.I have grown so much in strength and my mentality and have lost weight too where I’ve been receiving compliments for my dedication and efforts. I completed a 6 week transformation and lost 13.5 pounds of body fat! Consistency was key.But enough about me, let me tell you about the COMMUNITY. If you like going to the gym and doing the same five or six exercises every time and not having any interaction with anyone else, then Atascadero CrossFit is not the place for you. But if you want challenging strength and endurance workouts that target all major muscle groups taught by knowledgeable and motivated coaches in an environment that is beyond supportive then Atascadero CrossFit is where you need to be. The coaches are all certified trainers and can help tailor the workouts so that both the elite athlete and the beginner can train to their full potential. Gym is always clean and well organized. Classes start on time. Coaches are enthusiastic about being here.The unique "Level Method" makes this Crossfit Gym accessible for beginners who might otherwise be intimidated by a new sport. The "Level Method" is similar to a martial arts belt level. Each level is a new color code, so everyone works out together but new members can start at their skill set and then work up the color levels assisted by the coaches.There's something for everyone here from beginners on up .Bonus: everyone is friendly and there is no gym snobbery here. High - fives and smiles all around.
