My family and I have been coming here for our dental needs for years. Dr. Kim has always been friendly and professional. Last night, I chipped one of my teeth during dinner and it was painful. Without appointment, I showed up first thing in the morning. Dr. Kim took me in right away, examined it, and discussed treatment options with me. In addition, the office manager and dental assistant have always been pleasant as well. If you live in the area and in need of dental services, I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Receptionist was so nice so I had a good vibe calling in. Even came early and she was so quick about trying to get my xrays started before my turn. Dr seemed nice enough when I came in but then she started screaming at the poor assistants. You could tell the staff was overwhelmed and her rudely shouting at them was crazy. At one point she was yelling at one of them because of a file. Like she was shouting from the hallway at them. Definitely needs to stay home if she's in a bad mood. It made me feel stressed and uncomfortable I can't imagine her staff having to deal with that attitude.

I and my two sons, have been going to see Dr. Kim for many years now...10+ years, and we've never been disappointed! Dr. Kim is the best! Always very gentle when she's working on your teeth, and her staff, Edna, Mari, & Jonathan are awesome! They are all super friendly, professional, & kind. If you are looking for a new or better dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kim at New Image Dental Care!! You won't regret it! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
