I had a pleasant time at Jin's but not at 20/20 Vision. I had an eye exam appointment scheduled and I showed up on time only to be ghosted. There wasn't a 20/20 rep around at all to check me in, and mind you, I even waited an extra 15 minutes before I left the store out of frustration. The least they could have done was let me know they'd be late or needed to reschedule. But nope! Calling 20/20's number led to a cycle of automated recordings and eventually a prompt to leave your number for an actual human to talk to you later. Came back to lower my rating from a 2 star to 1 star.I went to my regular/usual optometrist today and I was told the previous prescription (which was done by 20/20 Vision) was overcorrected for no reason. 20/20 Vision said my left eye was -3.75. Today my optometrist said I should've been a -3.00. WHAT A DIFFERENCEThis is why you DON'T do telehealth!
The worst experience ever. The staff is extremely rude!!
