After suffering a sprained ankle that never fully healed (1.5 years) and a bad case of plantar fisciitis (6 months) in my other foot I reluctantly agreed to PT-- a full hour drive from my home.It was very evident after my first meeting with Hayden Block I had come to the right place. Hayden carefully considered my situation and to my surprise diagnosed my problem due to extremely stiff ankles (no movement) and the way I walked being the root of the problem.
