I responded to their yelp request with my contact info and heard nothing so far. More of the same. I got a call from the apple valley office saying they had referrals approved for three doctors. I called the first one and they didn't have the referral so I didn't waste my time calling the other two.

Eyes don't lie , the majority of the staff is "OVER WEIGHT " and definitely not health conscious ? went there in pain and was given high blood pressure meds when I don't have that problem. Sick patients keep their bellys full and they sure look as though they have not missed to many meals ???????

Beyond unhappy with any (barley) treatment from the treating physician there at the care center , Dr. Jeffrey Tavis. The man is callous, arrogant and ridiculously condescending. Not to mention he can't bother to answer his phone (FOR DAYS) when multiple nurses and other providers are trying to get ahold of him. He has patient's that he is supposed to be attending to in a facility (hospital, convalescent faculty, etc) and he literally ignores them..then feigns ignorance - he will claim he supposedly didn't even know he had patients! HOW?!! Dr. Tavis is negligent and needs the California Medical Board as well as Medicare itself to review his actual license. I'm not the only one he has done this to, Dr. Tavis has had a hand in multiple patients problems all due to his arrogant actions. How can Caremore allow this continue to go on?! Multiple grievances have been filed, yet Dr. Tavis is STILL assigned to be a provider, and STILL Dr. Tavis IGNORES THEM.
