We are new to modern heating and air conditioning, and thought something wasn't quite right with the heating part of our unit. Rick was the technician who came out to help, and after testing the heating/AC unit happily proclaimed it was working fine and carefully explained to us how our system works in language we could understand. Because of Rick's expertise, when it is time for us to install solar panels, Integrity will be our first choice,

You might read some of the other reviews on here and get scared but don't be. This was our experience and we couldn't be happier.We've been shopping around for someone to come out and replace our furnace because it runs our AC and it just couldn't keep up anymore.We called quite a few places and got quotes, but the only one we felt comfortable with was Integrity. Keith was our point of contact to begin with, he came out and talked with us about every little detail he could (where other techs we called out just came looked and said yeah replace it). I'm a retired general contractor and have worked with many subcontractors over my 30 years in the trades. Integrity replaced my old HVAC system with an efficient heat pump and upgraded my homes solar capacity. They we're very professional, worked on the schedule we agreed on and were price competitive. The workers that came out were knowledgeable, communicative and considerate of my home. They got it right on every front and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
