Such a wonderful experience... I ran into a lot of crooked companies that tried to overcharge me and fortunately for me... I found Cascade, other companies try to charge me $900 and up... my bill wasn't even $200 with Cascade plus the gentleman took the time to explain how to work my systems since I recently just moved in. I have found my permanent AC and heating company... Thank you again for being such an honest company and having such an impressive team member come to my home. If you're reading this review you need to look no further. If I could give more than five stars I would. ❤️?
Rylie and Ricky arrived early for their duct inspection and were very pleasant and professional. They worked quietly as a “team”. Photos were shared with me to help with a decision once the formal estimate arrives with two options and a decision is made. We have a long history with Cascade Comfort.
Patrick was amazing. Came out for a second opinion. The other company swore we needed a whole replacement system costing 14k. Patrick found a simple lever that a previous company left off. It went from a potential 14 thousand to a $99 1hour assessment charge. Thank you Cascade and Patrick!!!!!
