I think the place is a one person operation. I took my 13 years old son and did a walk in. She told me come back 20 mins cause she was with a customer. Fortunately I live down the street so came back exactly 20 mins and she was ready. My son needed a trim and she did exactly what my son wanted in terms of the look and style. It was a no-frills hair cut and quite effective. Super professional and very inexpensive. I would definitely go back for my own trim.
