Dean did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The bathroom was last redone in the 40s. Under a two inch layer of concrete, the wooden subfloor was rotting out. Dean stripped out the old concrete and chicken-wire concoction, reinforced the subfloor joists, replaced the parts of the floor with the consistency of driftwood, and redid the drywall and tile. He also installed our antique tub, which puzzled everyone at times but now works like a charm. Clear sky is highly recommended and Dean is super communicative and shows up on time. He and his contractors did a great job with our bathroom.
