Over the phone, he quickly coached me on how to take the mechanism off, advise me to take it into Acme the next day, they diagnosed it, sold me a new part and I was able to reassemble the whole thing myself.He saved me a whole lot of money, and I would definitely say my overall experience at Acme was amazing.
