First time visiting Paul Chow for Japanese hair perming (curly). If you’re looking for the OG in perms, haircut and dye…Paul is your go to!I came back twice as he also did a fabulous job in dying my hair after the perm. There’s no damage after the perm and it held super well after a week and after the colouring. I wish I found him sooner as I’ve had many hit and misses with other hairdressers in the Lower Mainland. Paul is also very fair in his pricing as I’ve done extensive research before going to him.Paul has been a hair professional since 1989 and started in HK. Ally and Kristen are awesome! They have lots of knowledgeable about hair colouring, treatments and products. I love the first hair balayage and highlights with them with the “high lift” techniques without the bleach. Super professional, friendly and helpful :) The salon’s boss is very experienced and friendly.
