I ordered flowers over the phone in Kelowna. Monica offered suggestions and was so knowledgeable and kind. Flowers were delivered amazingly quickly. I highly recommend this Flower shop.

I'm updating my review because the flower shop quickly contacted me to apologize for the mistake with my order. I really appreciate their prompt response and effort to fix the issue. Their customer service seems excellent! I'll post new pictures once the correct flowers are delivered. For now, I'm giving 4 stars for their great customer service. I'll add an extra star if the recipient is happy with the flowers!
