I don't usually write reviews but I appreciate businesses that provide a great quality of service and Kay Nail Atelier is one of the few that I love. All of the staff members are very nice, they make sure every time I am satisfied with the results. I don't live close to them but it's worth it for me to drive out and visit them for pedicures. I have gone to many other nail salons where staff weren't nice and made me feel insecure about my feet. I highly highly recommend this place.

Pretty good, nice clean service. Efficient working on toes and hands at the same time.
Edit: Had some issues with bubbling/nails peeling up at the edges, but the salon was almost immediate in offering to redo them for me. If you experience any issue, just call back and they seem more then willing to help make things right!

My first time here, as I’m still trying to find the right nail salon for me in Vancouver (I am used to getting my nails done in Asia).
I got a gel manicure with some floral designs, hoping to have nice nails for my birthday. The shop is cute and clean, service is great and very kind. They gave me a bottle of water and let me pick a show to watch, and the chairs are comfortable! Overall, my nails turned out okay but they weren’t totally like the reference photo I gave. I think the green french tip is a bit messy and didn’t achieve the chrome effect I hoped for (you can clearly see stroke marks).
