The Kirkland Heating and Cooling team were amazing to work with! We have a newborn baby and were looking for a unit to cool our master bedroom efficiently and quietly during the summer months without taking up too much space. The level of knowledge, experience and care from the entire team far exceeded my expectations. The install crew was friendly, professional and efficient and the ductless heat pump they recommended and installed works perfectly for our space. My experience with Kirkland was excellent. Barney, the owner/estimator, impressed me immediately with his no-nonsense approach. He was clearly very knowledgeable and professional, making Kirkland an easy choice for me. Their quote for a 2-zone ductless mini split was also less expensive than the larger companies. Installation took a bit longer than estimated, but everyone involved was very competent. In particular, Mitch took a lot of trouble assessing and explaining the different installation options to me.
