Inna is a very warm and friendly lady. She was so patient & polite. She is excellent at her work. Very neat and with a lot of precision. You can clearly tell she is passionate at her work. Very happy with my haircut. Inna was very gentle and patient. She is also personable. I'm glad that I finally found someone in downtown who I could do both root touch and haircut with.
