My first time at Salon Blue and Lauren was so sweet and made me feel so amazing walking out. I didnt have a positive first experience with a different artist at a different salon and I expressed to her why I was looking for another artist. She was understanding and did everything that the other artist failed to do to make me feel comfortable. I had a cut and color, we discussed the tones of the balayage and ultimately decided on a darker theme then the reference I brought in. I wasn't sure of it at first but absolutely love it the more I look at it. I think the drastic change to a lighter color from my dark drown hair would have overwhelmed me. Will definitely come back!
