I had a hit and miss experience with this place. On the one hand, they do a good job, I never walked out of there unhappy with how my brows looked. The price is good too.On the other hand, though, the service leaves much to be desired. They don't take appointments, so it's always a walk in and you have to wait however long it takes. That includes haircut and nail appointments mixed in with the brow ones and a total lack of communication about how long your wait might be. Thank you Lucky for such a great experience! This was my first Oxygeneo facial and my first facial since the pandemic. I normally have facials at a high end, well known spa because I have sensitive skin (and trust issues, lol) but Qua Spa will become my new regular. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa was clean. Highly recommend this place for facials. Can’t wait for my next one, thanks again!
