I got keratin smoothing by Isabelle yesterday and I am so impressed! I’ve had this service done before by other stylists and Isabelle EXCELS in it! She is fast, knowledgeable and so sweet. I haven’t brushed my hair since she did it at the service yesterday and today when I did a quick brush and threw it in a ponytail for the gym i have no flyaways usually they are all around my face, I love this service and will be back to see Isabelle! Thank you so much!

My daughter went for a facial wax , there were some hair left on the cheek bone area so we had to go back it to be removed . I thought I’ll have to fight for compensation for the fuel and time we wasted on the return trip but the team especially the receptionist were extremely helpful .Got the remaining hair waxed , and they gave me credit for next time as well .I now regret that I was a bit aggressive as I was expecting a push back , pleasant experience overall today

My stylist Ashley is phenomenal. Her skills of patiently listening and reflecting back my desires around style and colour are rare. In a world which is so fast-paced, Ashley takes the time to ensure I am valued and I always walk away feeling empowered and really relaxed and happy! She is rare and precious! I also want to acknowledge the amazing team at the Pitt Meadows location, who are diligent with making me feel special right from the moment I step into the store.
