I needed something done and I had a small sense of urgency. Their schedule was completely full. They were booked. But Neil said to bring my truck in the next morning. They might be the only dedicated tire shop in Osoyoos but they don’t act like it. Everyone here was amazing. I appreciate their help.

Above and beyond service and effort even at a time when they’re just swamped and could just easily say no to most customers. May not always be able to fit everyone in (esp more labour intensive jobs) during these crazy busy Summer months but they’ll do their best. Professionals.

I'm pleased and impressed with OK Tire in Osoyoos. My old van (1989 Ford E150) quite suddenly began losing oil in a major way, seemingly from all orifices but chiefly (as best I could tell back-crawling underneath) from the oil pan gasket. I called OK Tire and they suggested that if I brought it round they'd look at it for no charge. There was so much oil blown around that it was difficult to tell for sure where it was mostly coming from. Replacing every gasket and seal would cost more than the van was worth. The design of the thing is such that to remove the oil pan you have to move the engine, and that in turn requires removing the intake manifold (otherwise... read full review
