Do not use this place at all. They are horrible people that will steal your clothing and hold it ransom. What happened was I dropped my three suits off on Monday. They told me it would be a pick up on Friday which was fine. Then after I left, I decided that I did not want to do it and would go somewhere else so I called them back they said that they were already in and they cannot be removed. So yes, that was fine whatever but then, they come to drop off my suits later on and only two of the suits are mine and one is somebody else’s so when I call them back, they cannot find my suit. They surprised me with a $98.87 bill for a polyester dress that cost $17.00 and had only been tried on. Looked online and it should not have been more than 1/2 that cost for a dress. The dress was cleaned and pressed but the cost of the service was out of line - they charged me for a ball gown! Do not go here. I disputed the charge with the owner and he would not refund any of the charge. Only to give a % off next dry clean

Other location in the north end had a very rude, arrogant, unprofessional young Asian woman at the desk. I walked out unable to bear her rudeness. Seemed to be in a very foul mood. Customers should not have to bear the brunt of it. Just stay home, if you are that miserable. Dont spread it. U certainly lost my business & will make sure people know what they are walking into.
