The guys at Sapperton Motors are great it's hard to find an honest Mechanic but these guys are fantastic, twice I've brought my 2015 Pathfinder in and they fix small things like loose nut that caused my windshield wiper to stop moving or a rubbing break shield for free, they fixed my front Struts and flushed my power steering system everything has always been done quickly.

They are always friendly, quick and honest.

I have been going here for more than 5 years and they have always provided me fast and reliable service. I appreciate the way Tanny (manager) is straight forward about what needs to be done and what is optional (or can wait). Rather than trying to scare me into lots of unnecessary work, he breaks it down into what is critical and I have never felt pressured into "extra work" that so many mechanic shops are known for. They always give a break down their assessment into options based on questions like: "Do you want this vehicle functioning like new or do you just want to do the minimum to get safely back on the road?". Sapperton Motors in Maple Ridge, run by Tanny and John have earned my trust over the years (I realize that 'mechanics and trust' may be considered oxymoron by some) . Even on their busiest days, they never rush through explaining the intricacies of the what and the whys work needs to be done. They give suggestions and never resort to high pressure tactics.

You can usually tell how busy they are when you call them from the speed in which they try to answer questions, and that's usually because there are customers standing in front of them or when there are swamped with trying to get vehicles fixed and back to their owners.
