I received exceptional service from Autumn and another sales associate who were both able to guide me through some re-keying and other services. Curtis, was also great - he actually accommodated an additional lock that I failed to schedule within the appointment time. I also received several copies of the keys so this saved me another trip. I would highly recommend the services of this company. Thank you Accent Glass and Locksmith!
Had a miscommunication about the type of glass that was supposed it be put in cabinet doors. They remedied the situation and put the proper glass in. I offered to pay for the change but they insisted on covering the cost. I will definitely use this company again if I need glass or locksmithing. Thanks!
We just had Curtis over to repair a window at the front of our house. He came by last week, measured the window, and explained the process. He was back first thing this morning and had it replaced in no time.Both times Curtis came by he was running about 5 minutes early (I personally love this) and called to let us know what was going on and ask if it was okay that he showed up a few minutes early.Curtis is extremely professional, polite, and exemplifies what a great employee is.I will absolutely use Accent Glass and Locksmith for any glass or locksmith needs going forward.10/10
