Went for regular servicing of my new Kia April 4. As always, the staff at this location, (Kingsway/Imperial, Burnaby BC), are really friendly and professional. Special mention to Ali, who always makes me feel welcome, and remembered a lot of personal details from previous visits. Thanks, Ali.......the Midas Company should be grateful in having such a wonderful representative of the company!

I really love this place because the people working at the reception are really cool, very friendly, always explain in detail what's happening with the car, and suggest the best course of action. I've been here many times, and it's always a positive experience! Even though we've moved to another area, I still go to them to change the oil and deal with other car issues.
