Innovative flooring was recommended to us by our neighbours and we are so grateful they were. Their product and price beat out other quotes we received so that was an easy choice, but the most memorable aspect was the personable, relaxed and easy going conversation/customer service I received with Reggie our sales representative. Good customer service was above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this company.

We just had our flooring done by innovative flooring and it was such an amazing experience. We worked with Paul who was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. There were a few surprises, thanks to our super old townhouse, and they handled them all so well and went above and beyond to fix all of our squeaky, uneven floors. The installers, Mike and Dominic were hands down the most knowledgeable and friendly flooring installers I’ve ever met. They worked tirelessly to finish the work and did such a beautiful job.
