I enjoyed going there for many years. Unfortunately, I decided to leave when one of the instructors would inappropriately bring up her political opinions, and also refused to get vaccinated for covid.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, informative and caring. They frequently take continuous improvement classes in order to provide their clients the most up to date Pilates experience. Classes are extremely challenging yet fun and light. The instructors work with you to ensure you are getting all the benefits that you expect for mind body and soul.

Very much "hands-on" on training from the instructors. Lower this, raise this...... not so much traditional but they don't want you to get hurt and Pilates, if done correctly just gets harder as you get stronger. They start you slow - classes aren't always at a consistent level- I wish they were but new people come along and the teacher is pretty good about helping them and keeping others going too. Classes are good deal. Reformers, chairs, matt classes-- slower and more basic- which is good if you have never had a Pilates class. You learn the micro moves and good form. WIsh they had more aerobic choices. All in all- worth driving East for!
