Salesman is in my parents house right now, as I happened to stop by. Said TEP just approved a 12% price increase it'll start next month, it was all over the news. They requested an increase, which hasn't been approved yet. It would start in just over a year, in fall of 2023. I don't appreciate you coming into my folks house and lying to their face. I have no idea what prompted you to lie when the truth would have been equally as good. I will be discouraging them from spending money with you after reading your lovely (terrible!!!) reviews.

The installers themselves were great, courteous, friendly. After the install was done that is where it ended. The first issue, they didn't realize that they had to Drate the system so they had to reschedule that inspection until after they could schedule the electrician, they gave me a tentative date but never confirmed. The next inspection I was told that they could not do because they didn't have access which wasn't true as the person never came by and after I mentioned that there was nothing on my security cameras of anybody coming by they rescheduled and the inspector showed up the rescheduled day but 4 hours before he was suppose to. Solar panels are great. But getting ahold of customer support for issues with the wattage usage and the curb app is like pulling teeth. And NOONE wants to respond to our emails nore phone calls. Then someone just shows up from titan with even calling first. Really disappointed and hope they can make it right.
