I was so excited to get my eyes done and on the day of my surgery after 2 hours of waiting and then after I paid they told me oh and today is our last day this office in Tucson is closing so if you need anything in the future you will have to go to Phoenix?? What I’m so upset I’ve been waiting for 2.5 hours for my 3 min. Procedure to be told well do you still want the surgery? Why would they close it down? It’s the only one in Tucson I’m sure they have a lot of business

I had LASIK done at the end of June 2022 and wish I had done it like 20 years ago! It's so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to find my glasses or put in contacts. Everyone in the office was always incredibly nice to me and had no problem answering any questions that I had. After wearing glasses/contacts since I was a child, I was so excited for my procedure. I didn't meet Dr. Hammond until right before on the day of the procedure. But, once he came into the room and looked through my chart, I was surprised that he seemed to match my level of excitement for the life changing procedure I was about to have! I received LASIK 2 months ago and have been experiencing severe light sensitivity to the point it is negatively impacting my life and work. I have horrible eye strain from looking at any kind of screen or even being near a window indoors. My eyes are severely dry which makes me uncomfortable everyday even while using eyedrops every other hour.It's so challenging to get in contact with the Tucson facility. Every time I call, even the "local number" they provided it just goes to a general call center and it take multiple calls and callbacks to get in contact with the local office.Overall I've had negative outcomes that are impacting my life 2 months... read full review
