Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer.
