Five Stars We recently reached out to Intelligent Design to get an estimate on cleaning the ducts in our older home and installing a biometric damper which would allow us to switch easily between our swamp cooler and AC. They promptly sent a technician to our house, and we were immediately impressed by his curtesy and professionalism. Jordan took the time to give us a complete background on our system which we found very informative. Jordan proved to be a wealth of knowledge about the operation and maintenance of our entire HVAC system. I was frustrated with a company out of Tempe. After five visits to repair our AC unit they tried to sell us a new unit and service contract. My wife and I were referred to Intelligence Design by a freind. We did research and had a quote presentations from three companies. Intelligence Design sales Peter, was very informative and helped us research to choose repair our unit or invest in a new unit. He was awesome to talk with. Techs Eric and Ty came out and investigated what was needed to install a new unit. They explained their findings and install a new unit in two days. OUTSTANDING WORK. Marty was great. He inspected the plumbing and flushed the hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great ideas to us about upgrading plumbing, pipes, etc. He was very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Intelligent Design. We’ve purchased two AC units from them in the past 10 years. We bought ours, then had to get one for my mother’s home. I didn’t get quotes for hers. I had such a good experience with I.D. on mine, I immediately contacted them for her unit. Now I’ve used their service on plumbing and I’m happy with their service from the office to the service techs.
