Finally an honest ac repair man! Had three others out before him, non really fixed or addressed the underlying issues. I have an older system, he described everything and laid out a couple of options. Very knowledgeable and an excellent trouble shooter. If the rest of the techs at intelligent design are like him, they have a great company.
We trust local, Veteran Owned businesses as a local, Veteran Business owner ourselves. We believe that integrity, honesty and exemplary customer service is a virtue that is maintained even after leaving the military. When we made our appt. with Intelligent design, there were some emergent situations that arose for other community neighbors that caused IT to reschedule, we did not have an a/c emergency. Intelligent Design staff were very respectful of our time and when the Technician, SAM arrived, he was very professional, respectful and detailed in his work and explanation of the work that needed to be done. JP arrived in the allotted time frame looking professional. Explained everything that I needed and preventative things that I could do to keep my unit running.
