Great experience starting with my initial quote process, continuing with their patience during my project scope changes, and culminating with installation of my new faucet. All communications were clear, process proceeded as advertised, and in person service by Scott was notably efficient and friendly. Appreciate the service guys, highly recommend!
I would give this company 10 stars if possible. We have had a myriad of water issues: cracked water meter, 4 days later a water leak in the laundry room wall, and lastly 4 days later (today) a leaky valve under the kitchen sink. I called Done Rite at 8 this morning and Jackson was here by 1pm. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and was done in less than 1/2 hour. Jackson was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I am totally sold on Done Rite and we will use them from now on. I wish we had used them for the water leak in the wall! Great service, Jackson!!!
Appreciate their speed. And presenting the products they have. And the price ranges they offer. Their estimate represented the price that I ended up paying. we are sitting cool now for the summer. There are two air-conditioning units. We had to replace on this one house. Which, had we gone with other companies would have been financially devastating. Like I said, I appreciate their ability to work with us, and present viable options in replacement our air conditioning units.
