Carondelet Medical Group-Foothills

The low scores is indicative of the negative experience that I have been subjected to at this facility. Found one front desk staffer to be very rude and unprofessional and the same with the office manager.. went to the corporate level with my complaints..I have now decided to begin my search for a new provider..the NP was very helpful but the the staff members have made me vow to never return to the Carondelet Medical Group.. same problem with one 'rogue' staff member at River and Stone location.

My experience with this medical facility and their staff has been 100% positive. The doctors and staff are friendly and thorough, and they are very responsive to messages sent through the patient portal. They also have in-house laboratory services where you can get your blood drawn there rather than going to a free-standing lab elsewhere. I highly recommend.

I needed a Primary Care person and came here on a recommendation. My nurse practitioner is A. Granillo and a more attentive and caring person than I hoped for. She scheduled me for tests and did a annual physical to start and blood panel tomorrow. I really think this will be fine. It is upstairs but the elevator is available.
