Dusty is a wonderful teacher. The practice was fun with just enough challenge and no heat! It is rate to find a class of this type in the area. I truly loved it and look forward to going back!
My first time trying Inner Vision Yoga and I enjoyed it. I took advantage of an introductory deal I found on Groupon so I went to all their 3 locations and must say I was impressed at how nice and clean all their studios are. I felt some of the classes were either too slow or not challenging enough for me but I guess it's just a matter of finding the right class/instructor for you and your needs. Jeff and Dusty Snow are extremely experienced and professional, loved how they take the time to adjust you into poses to make sure you're doing it correctly, I really enjoyed their classes!
This is my happy place! I have been a client for a few years but started going regularly 2 years ago. My favorite class is the Radiant Hot 26. All of the yoga teachers are great but my favorites are Jeff, Donna, and Karen. It’s so helpful to receive individual help during the class to ensure correct alignment. And although the Ahwatukee location is closest, I will travel to any one of Inner Vision’s 3 locations to be able to take my Radiant Hot 26!
