We have a new system with a 15 year warranty. All parts & labor are included. There is a small annual maintenance fee & a very reasonable service call charge. I just realized I completely forgot to leave a review last year when our new A/C unit was installed (sorry, Pro Solutions), so I figured I should now.
Our A/C stopped working at the start of July 2023 during record-breaking temperatures. Pro Solutions came out quickly, even though it was the weekend, and diagnosed the issue. The motor that died would have been expensive to replace, and the old system had issues before, so we asked about replacing the whole system instead and ended up doing so.
