Jay was just outstanding in his demeanor and professionalism. While I always go by first impressions, he was attentive to my issues even though his workshop area seemed disorderly. In saying that, you have to first look at the man! Jay provided me with improvements to my desktop in a very timely manner of which I thought it would take a couple days before I could get it back. He installed another hard drive, took care of viruses and upgraded my unit with Windows 11 and resolved an issue with my email. Jay Is very honest, my computer wasn't repairable. He didn't charge me. I highly recommend him if you live in the sun city area.I will be bringing my new laptop in for service for the near future. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days.He's a very honest man.I was impressed with all the reviews he's received. I usually don't post reviews.
