I’m a person, who doesn’t care to much about people looking at my eye. However, as one gets older, the eye site starts to fade. I went to Dr Ransdell to have my eyes checked. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the problem, and asked, if I had any questions. I have been going there now for the last 7 years. He also sponsors one of the teams in our softball club! Oh…by the way someone else wrote about a “pushy” office manager. She is no longer employed there!

Last year was our second year here, utilizing our eyecare benefits. The front receptionist was cordial and pleasant. The ophthalmologist was also pleasant, knowledgeable and very informative. He was also very helpful in letting my husband, and I, to know and understand how our daughter's eyesight was, and how her vision is with, and without eyeglasses. The owner was also very professional, and helpful in calling me to let me know that the office would be open the following week after the Christmas holiday, since there was no recording letting patients know this.
