Very knowledgeable instructors, especially Rima. You will leave feeling better than you came in! Pulse offers private Pilates as well as group classes. The studio is clean, beautiful, and has new top-of-the line (even custom built) Pilates equipment. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves pilates. When she came and visited Sedona - I just found this place while scrolling through my instagram and recommended it to her. She said she did a drop in and really loved it and that the teacher was really nice and knowledgable. She says she'll be going here again next time she's in town. Thanks guys for making her feel welcome. She personally made sure I write this review. haha
