The staff truly cares about your experience, and it shows. I've had the pleasure of working with several therapists here, and each one has been excellent in their own way. They really listen to your needs and tailor the massage accordingly. It's clear that everyone at Elements Massage is passionate about what they do. Love this location. The massage therapists are very skilled and professional. The front desk staff is always nice and accommodating. We always have a good experience and have recommended Elements at Scottsdale Promenade location to many of our friends. We have been going there for years and will continue due to the high quality massage experience that we receive.
I’ve been stressed and my TMJ has been acting up, so I can’t sleep or I wake up with crazy headaches. Was recommended to come here see Zach. He is the best of the BEST!!! He worked on my jaw first, which was a new but great experience, then through the full body massage I had booked. I have never had such a thorough and amazing massage, he found muscles and spots I didn’t know were tight, let alone existed! I left feeling like a new person! The front desk and manager were all so kind too! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!
