Nail techs are generally good but it's always extremely crowded, sometimes their internet go's down and they ask you to pay with Venmo if you don't have cash . There tables are packed In and it can be noisy. Prices are fair, and they have a lot of options.
Did not like it there. I wanted a manicure and I was asked to pick out a color. The whole place was completely empty but they took me to a seat next to the bathroom. I suppose it was OK since that was where my manicurist's seat was. But it's a huge place and somewhere else would have been nicer. So while I was picking a color, three of them were talking and laughing in whatever language they speak. This was right next to me. I finally picked color First Kiss. She looked for the bottle and then told me the only one they had was broken but they have it in gel for $5 more. I just didn't want any of it for some reason and ended up leaving. Very rude. I came in for a polish change, the lady doing my toes never spoke to me besides “what color”. She constantly messed up the polish with the gel dryer… blamed me for it because she was sitting it directly on my foot and she didn’t want to listen. Customer service was just terrible. Only 2 stars for variety of colors and the greeter.
