I am adjusting my review as the florist lived up to her customer satisfaction policy and sent a very lovely replacement for the flowers previously delivered. I appreciate the effort and working with me. The new picture is below. Thank you Laura for fixing the issue and providing a pretty and fresh replacement arrangement!Based on follow up service I would try this florist again… second chances :) .The arrangement was a poor representation of what I ordered. It was expensive but for the occasion I thought worth it for very special people in my life. What was deliver was a disappointment. I posted a negative review but have since learned that the issue was with the delivery service that apparently dropped the flowers and with FlowersForYou.com that sent the order to a florist 50 miles from my home. I wanted to amend the original review because it is not the florist's fault that this delivery do not go as expected. She was patient on the phone and she should not be penalized for the faults of others.
