My computer arrived dead, and I was feeling desperate since I needed it to start college again. Branden went over the situation with me, and he assured me he would take a look and get back to me. A few hours later, he responded, explaining that it needed a hard drive replacement and some tender loving care. He made sure I understood everything that was happening. Branden provides exceptional value, using quality parts and delivering excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again.
Fantastic service. Quality repairs , advice, and communication. Branden explains everything and walks a novice through recommended repairs/upgrades. I was super impressed when I was forced to upgrade the internet at home. I came to find my computers were not capable of seeing the wifi connection as they had always had an ethernet connection. Branden made short work of my issue for a very fair price. Additionally, I was experiencing a problem with a high-end gaming machine, and again, he made short work of my repairs for a very fair price. Communication and honesty left this world many years ago. Very helpful and knows a lot in this field gave some really good insight about PC building. Very thorough job. Was able to verify hardware integrity, In the end the problem was driver’s related. Great service would highly recommend. Thanks Branden?
