I waited and called when no one answered the door. Until I received a call from Aline stating she had no idea that I had an appointment and that she had knee surgery. However on all websites and her own website it is still booking appointments. I feel sorry for whoever comes here because if this is how unprofessional she is in regards to her clients, I doubt her abilities are up to par. Good luck to whomever decides she is their best bet at getting their hair done. So disappointed!!!

Horrible customer service! This salon is close to my house and it had a good rating, so I decided to go on the website. The website is still active, you can even book appointments. I booked an appointment, I even got a confirmation email back. Two days before my appointment I decided to email the shop owner to confirm my appointment. I get an email back from her that says "l emailed you to let you know I'm not accepting new clients". Let me just say I NEVER I any email from this lady. If your nor accepting new clients than maybe you should disable your website or at least post on your website that you're not taking new clients.
