These guys are GREAT! I was frantically gathering quotes for new AC units for my duplex after one corporation came out and told me all kinds of scary stuff was going on with one of the units. Tracy kept it completely honest with us and gave us so much insight. I can't thank them enough for easing my worries and giving us a better idea of what options might be available in the future with the system. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!
There are SO MANY POSITIVE THINGS I could say about this company, I couldn't POSSIBLY list them all. But I will try; This outstanding family owned company, and their Technician, Travis, took excellent care of us, from first call to completion. Their prices, communication, organization, punctuality and friendliness were astounding! Stop shopping and use Nazair!!!
My air conditioning failed approximately 2weeks ago and I was at a loss to find a reputable company close by for my repair .A very good friend recommended NAZ-AIR so I called and booked an appointment.Unfortunately the quickest one available was two weeks out so I deciderd to wait…lo and behold the repair date arrived and Tracy the repair man was at my door at the agreed time performing the needed repairs andTOTALLY exceeded my expectations!…Quick?you bet …clean friendly explained what had happened ,showed me the failed part …ALL at a price that was far and away from what I would have thought .I will not only boast about what a great company this is but if I... read full review
