My hot water heater broke. Spoke with Chase about appointment time and if they could be flexible due to my work schedule. He was so accommodating. Jon showed up promptly at 1230 installed a new hot water heater. Was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features. Was so professional and his customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend this company for any of your AC or plumbing needs. Best customer service!
These guys have been maintaining my HVAC for 15 years, they are always courteous and always professional, and even though they're running around like crazy in this heat, they take the time to tell you what is going on and what you can expect. Had an issue when I got home last night, Jon was here first thing this morning and had me fixed in 20 minutes. Including the time he spent checking to make sure there were no other issues! Valley’s Best was able to come out the same day for service. The tech was great, professional and friendly. I needed a new unit and the installation was done in only a few days. Henny and Zach showed up on time and worked hard. They too were professional and friendly. I am very happy with the whole process from the initial phone call through the entire installation. I highly recommend Valley’s Best!
