There have been so many technicians that have been scheduled for work that provide a window of time promised, but always show up at the tail-end of the window. Abigail came out slightly before 8am. She evaluated the situation, outlet by outlet until she found a burnt-out receptacle.Abigail was the third technician from the third contractor, to come out, but the first to actually look at the physical outlet. She showed me the problem and quickly replaced the damaged socket.The posted review I saw for Super E was spot-on.
