9/16/2024 used Steel Shield again this time for 2 new security doors….. they look great….. Josie in the office was really easy to work with and provides great customer service…. Issac the installer did a great job as well….. they have their own employee, no sub- contractors…..also the Sales Rep Tom Larson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with…. Made great suggestions….. use this company if you want quality and great service

Great communication, quality, service and value! I interviewed several security door companies and felt that Steel Shield was one of the most professional and responsive companies around. The sales rep Tom answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to choose the door that was right for my home. My only piece of feedback is that I wish their marketing materials, website, and sales samples were better representations of the color and finish choices. I love my door and all of my neighbors have complimented me on it as well!
This company exceeded my expectations. It was easy to schedule an in home appointment. I selected a security door during the appointment and the door was completed in 2 weeks. Installation was completed by Daniel, who was professional, skilled and friendly. The door is sturdy and high quality. I have already recommended this company to a friend.
