Very Disappointed!! I had VSG surgery a couple years ago in the Chicagoland area and moved to Arizona last year. Wanting to continue my progress and follow-up care, I tried joining the WLI of Arizona just to find out that I would need to pay an upfront $500 fee to join their clinic. My insurance does allow for after-care with bariatric surgery, however no coverage for surgery and I can't believe that I would have to pay $500 upfront to establish care.... I really just wanted to join a group with similar bariatric issues for support and to continue my progress and stay healthy from my surgery. After viewing their commercial, I was really looking forward to partnering up with WLI of Arizona. :( Update: 8/1/2018 - After switching jobs and having new insurance that fully covers bariatric surgery and aftercare, I am now a patient of WLIOA and working with the doctors and nutritionist on for continued follow-up without the $500 up front cost to join their facility for continued care.

I love how everybody is taking care of me and give me all the information i need it. I cant wait to have my surgery Dr. Orris was very nice and explain every thing in detail. All the staff was very nice also and the made me feel very comfortable

After years of struggling with my weight I was referred to WLIA thru my doctor. The staff was very friendly and they covered all my options. I know that whatever choice I make in the future that they will be there to assist me.
